Housing

There is a wide range of enclosures that can be used to house reptiles permanently indoors. When housing reptiles the aim is to replicate the natural environment of the species as closely as possible, while also ensuring its behavioural and husbandry needs can be met.

Further details on suitable enclosures for keeping reptiles in a classroom are provided in the written notes and video clips associated with the individual species found in this resource.
