Create a guide to fitness testing using the information you have gathered and the footage that you took of the various fitness tests. This presentation will inform your audience (who have a limited knowledge of fitness testing) about the components of fitness and various fitness testing procedures.
Create your presentation using one of the following: Prezi, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Presenter or Adobe Premiere Elements.

As part of your presentation:- explain how fitness testing can be used to identify weak areas in someone's fitness; and
- identify strategies to improve in these areas, using examples from a specific sport or physical activity.
