Risk assessment

In a risk assessment you have to assess any hazards that might possibly occur. These include cutting injuries, burns, or chemical spills. Work out the level of risk (high, medium, low) and then say what you are going to do in the event of one of these hazards happening.

If an experiment contains many risks or has a single risk that is very likely to happen or is a severe consequence, then it may be necessary to redesign the experiment.
