Contact the local media

Local newspapers are very interested in what is going on in their communities. If you have an issue in your local area and you would like to draw some attention to your cause and publicise the issues, perhaps you could contact the local newspaper.

The National Library of Australia has a guide to all Australian newspapers online. You can search by state, title or town. Once you find your local paper, click on the link and it will take you to that newspaper’s website. From here you can find out how to contact them.
