• choose a current and contentious issue that you are interested in.

• Research the issue, then prepare a speech in which you present your opinion on the issue.

• View Strictly Speaking to learn how to compose and deliver an effective speech.

• Practise your speech until you are happy with your delivery of it. Record your speech using Audacity and share it with your classmates.

• You might like to include music or sound effects to enhance your presentation.
