You could create a digital feedback form (for example, a Google or Microsoft Form) which is completed on line. It can also be a printed feedback form (for example, created MS Word).

Include the name of your group and the presentation or topic at the top.

Below are three sample feedback questions you could include. Avoid having too many questions.

  1. Did our presentation explain our topic?

  2. Was our presentation well organised and well delivered?

  3. Did you enjoy our presentation?

Provide a rating scale for each question. For example, this might be 1–5, with ‘1’ being the lowest score and ‘5’ the highest.

A statement 'We were well-informed about our topic.' following by a rating scale of 1 to 5 with 1 labelled low and 5 labelled high. Underneath is a line for a comment.
