1 Select photographic images

Select the digital images of your site that you want to use in this artwork. Later, you can replace these images with others if you decide they don’t work.

When choosing your images, consider the following.

• Does the image convey an important aspect of the site and/or your connection to the area?
• Does the image have areas of contrast and/or detail that might form interesting patterns when worked into a montage?
• How might segments of the image contrast and unite with segments from the other images selected?
• Is the image of suitable quality (for example, is it in focus)?
