   • mayonnaise
   • ooblek (yes, it's a real thing)

2. For each substance, find at least one picture and answer the following questions:

   1. How do you think the particles of the substance are arranged?
   2. Is the substance a solid, liquid or gas?

3. Share your answers with a classmate and think about the answers they gave. Do you agree?
