  • The web site, Growing, Reflecting and Assessing Together2, contains some useful resources that can be used or adapted for promoting reflection and peer evaluation.

  • Student Research Project3 also has a checklist that is used for student reflection found under ‘The Report’, ‘Evaluation’. Alternatively, students could complete this drag and drop activity supporting reflection and evaluation of their investigative processes.

  • Science Education Assessment Resources4 (SEAR) has a free web site (once you have registered) with advice and examples of assessment tasks and marking criteria.
